Warm boot recommendations please

tried everything everyone kindly suggested and nothing is working. I can get the hen pictures on my profile but not the CUBE ?!

Can anyone help?

Didn't think I was so backward at anything IT but obviously I am !!

got a bit further than yesterday in that the http is now showing where the CUBE piccy should instead of a white box with a red cross in it.
