craftyhunnypie
I've been given a pound and a half of victoria plums & I don't know what to do with them. I've already got a couple of pots of plum jam - I suppose I could make some more, but I'm out of jars. Only got a couple of kilner jars left & they are a bit big. Any ideas what I can do with these plums? Emma.x
Nicola H
Not too sure other than the usual pies or crumbles...........I was going to suggest jam as I have just made some and it is lovely.
Lesley
Same here! You can freeze plums to use through the winter - just halve and stone and freeze. Cook from frozen or they will go brown and taste horrible if you defrost them.
