Basil our 4 year tom is mourning loss of our lovely ginger boy Sandy PTS 3 weeks ago. He idolised the old boy and despite lots of love n cuddles (hes not a lap cat) looks sad. Hes eating - does his rounds of the garden like our old cat did. He doesnt get on with Sandys sister . We all miss him and many tears have been shed. Any advice. Hes eating otherwise it would be a vet job. :(

I am sorry to hear it too, I must have missed your sad news, on top of everything else, what a bad year for you :( I am sorry I have no experience either, when our old lad was the last of a trio he just became super clingy, and I could deal with that, but that's not the problem for you. I don't know if this is a good idea or a terrible one, but would getting another mog be an idea do you think?

we have another cat Sandys sister Honey - a nervy tabby. He terrorises her  I am not sure I want another feline to contend with. The feliway is plugged in probably needs a refill. So long as he eats I will just keep an eye on him. I wondered if any wise Omleteers had advice and thanks for you help. I have taken my eye off the feliway with all thats going on, Refills ordered. :D
