bronze
My lot are being christened tomorrow so I've iced and decorated the top tier of our wedding cake. Now I have to stick the ribbon round. What should I use? (I'm not great at this baking lark)
Christian
You could use a blob of icing and overlap the ribbon so it doesn't show, or a pin? C x
Mrs Frugal
Just what I was going to suggest, Christian. I used a pin for my son's christening cake - just make sure it's not rusty .
bronze
Think I may try a pin I tired icing originally but it didnt hold I think I'll try a pin (I did think of it but thought I might be a weirdo ) or two one each side. I'll just rememebr to take them out. Unless of course Steves gran or my aunt get that piece spelling!!!!
