ajm200
They are here snd making themselves at home already. The others are out and ignoring them so far. They all used to be in the same pen at the breeders and are quite young so hoping the settling in will be easier than if the others were old enough to lay Thr little grey/brown one is hiding behind the ladder being camera shy. She is such a pretty colour with lovely soft markings the white has a single black feather
ajm200
Others took a look. Offered a few soft boks and went back to free ranging. Wouldn’t it be lovely if they stay like that but I’m not that naive

Luvachicken
Oh wow, more beautiful babies, I am very envious. What did your children think ?
ajm200
They were confused at first but now love them. Hubby told my youngest we’d swapped hers out so we had tears too. The golden one is going through a mini moult looks a scruff. The new ones weren’t available when we got the others a month ago as they were still under heat. They are just babies. Sometimes they forget themselves and still cheep. The grey is gorgeous. A little bundle of fluff. She stays away from the others and spent the morning under my stool. The big chickens came too close at one point and she jumped into my lap then panicked and flew off 😂 Sleepy baby fluffball photo for you Edited February 1, 2019 by ajm200
Luvachicken
Awww, she looks like my Lily. I love how they still cheep until they find their grown up voices. They are all very, very sweet.
