Joojoo
Hi I don't know if this will help but quite a few of the supermarkets have details of what is wheat free etc on their websites.
theherd123
Oh.... just remembered Sainsburys do a 'Free From' range so it might help if you look there!
Lesley
Tesco do a range as well........ I have an intolerance as well, as does my granddaughter. I find I can tolerate Spelt Flour and use that for cooking all the time, whereas Lauren can only tolerate a small amopunt of spelt. I use Goodness Direct to order most of our wheat free products. They are an excellent site and mark all their goods, showing whether they contain, wheat, dairy etc.......... www.goodnessdirect.co.uk Once you've registered and ordered from them, you can use your past orders to make ordering quick and you can set up all your favourites so it produces a list for you to work from each time you order. It is also good for heavy household cleaning products - delivery is free on all orders over £35 and I have all the heavy 5 litre containers delivered right to the door.
