Aliwali
Hi! After a LOT of research and thinking we are finally at the stage of buying an Omlet and chickens! But I’m not sure what size we need - 2m or 3m? We want 3 chickens and our local supplier has hybrids available (I need to look up what this means!) and they tell us they’re great for beginners. Our garden is not big. Is a 2m run too small? It looks quite cramped from the photos.

Bigger is always better and I would definitely go for 3m if you have the space and money. The chickens will thank you for it!
soapdragon
Totally agree with CT! Always go for as big as you can as the more room they have, the happier they will be!
mullethunter
Agree with all of this. In my opinion the 2m isn’t big enough for anything. I started out with an Eglu Go - I ordered the 2m run but when it arrived I immediately ordered a 1m extension before I even collected the chickens.
