chocchick
have you tried a counselling service with this hamster Sounds like you need to find one A xx I think he needs one Do you think there is a supernanny for hamsters? He also hides the green pellets of food behind his ladder in the hope that we won't see them and we will refill the empty food bowl with more food that he likes! Naughty little thing (but cute!) My hamster always left those too and would sit down, wash, and spit out poo. Inclouding in his hamster ball, which would then rattle as he ran off again. Cool story about the Russian hamster/gerbils. My hamster just took refuge under the fridge when he found a small square hole that a hamster could get in, but we couldn't remove him from. I saw a kid at work with a huge pink plastic thing with tubes etc. and this fat little hamster plodding round, and did miss having a hamster, they were very cute. I quite like the idea of all the tubes, my hamster just gnawed the bars and climbed up and down repetitively.

(Sorry Looney - I accidentally deleted your previous reply when i was trying to quote it. The dangers of giving mod powers to someone like me.... ) Aha! How funny, I thought I had accidentally forgotten to press "submit"! Not the first time I would have done this......and in my particularly forgetful state at the moment I wouldn't have been surprised The list of things I have messed up at work due to forgetfulness (which of course I am blaming on the alien inside) is longer than my arm!!!!
