chickencam
They are great but be careful where you keep it , mine got some of it's teeth bent by being shoved into a jar which I use as a utensil holder We got a bargain a couple of months ago at a charity shop - a fine micro-plne brand new never been out of it's packaging 50p
Lesley
Does anyone have a link? - what do they look like?
Egluntyne
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Microplane-MICROPLANE-FINE-BLUE-HANDLE/dp/B000KN2CSU They were invented by a woman who wanted to grate some chocolate. her husband was a carpenter and she raided his workshop and so liked the effect that she redesigned them for cooks. Good for her. Jamie uses them.

The Dogmother
I've got one similar, but not that make - it's really good. But I still use my old Moulinex cheese grater http://www.amazon.co.uk/Moulinex-Mouli-Grater-2-Drums/dp/B0000ARP23
