Wh hens
Hi everyone I have decided I want to swap my go for a cube as I would like to add some hybrids to my flock and I would like a raised coop. I can't afford new so If anyone has a mk1 or mk2 cube for sale please let me know I'm in Buckinghamshire. Many thanks Will
mullethunter
Oh no! It’s the dreaded morehens disease!
Wh hens
Yes😂 but the hens are fantastic and with the eglu cleaning taking less then 10 mins a week I think that more would be great the breeds I have at the moment don't lay a lot. I might not even get more but with a new coop I can have the freedom ti do so if I want to.
mullethunter
What breeds do you have? They’re likely to lay a lot more as the days lengthen and although they may not lay through the winters they will lay for more years than hybrids. Wh hens
I have a welsummer and a Wheaton maran as well as one hybrid legbar. I dont think I will get more hens but the cube seems more practical in terms of cleaning and egg collection.
