Aphillips
I recently saw what looked like 2 square vertical scrap marks in droppings in the poop tray. My Omlet Eglu coop is reinforced with hard cloth wire mesh both on the ground and on top of the run. The ground is then covered with cement pavers topped with sand. There are no holes in the ground. The only place I can think of that a rat may/can get in is the gap under the poop tray. Has anyone else experienced rodents in the poop tray at night? What do you use to prevent a rodent from getting in?
Cat tails
Rats can definitely get into the Cube run, between the bars. Not sure if I’ve heard of a rat getting into a Cube coop, apart from gnawing its way in.
