Muffin has now moved in with his two girls,He looks very happy (i hope 2 is enough for him ).

 

As you may have seen in a different post Muffin and his girls returned home from their first poultry show with a 1st,2nd,and 3rd,so he is now setteling down to play happy families (arrhhhhhhh)

DAN! Are you standing in for grd while he's away?

 

On our trip to Norfolk we went to see the chicken roundabout in Bungay. Apparently all the unwanted cockerels get dumped there when their owners bottle out of 'necking' them. It was pouring with rain, so not the best day for this, but the verges round this roundabout are loaded with cockerels, although on sunday they were more like what Phil termed 'a load of wet cocks under hedges' . We plan to go back in the summer, with some food for them, hopefully they won't look so forlorn then.
