If you cant find it, press the "windows" Key, to bring up the start menu, right click on a empty bit of the start menu. A properties button should appear, click on it. Then a new window should appear called "Taskbar and Start menu properties" click on the tab that says "Taskbar" then select the option that says "Lock the taskbar" then press ok, then the taskbar should re-appear

Cheers Martin - F11 did the trick! I'd done my usual trick of rebooting to avail, and had tried the 'lock the taskbar', but it did nothing, but a siomple press of F11 did the trick!


Must discourage Tigger from curling up on the laptop..... :roll:
