the whole "detox" industry is a massive rip-off

 

best way to "detox" is to drink plenty of water and get some sleep.. that's it.

Mel, I can't think how this very serious question got skimmed over :roll: I love the idea of detoxing on wine styled grape juice, that's very much my kind of diet :wink:
