chelsea Posted February 1, 2008 Share Posted February 1, 2008 without looking at the names of the episodes on my DVD'S I cant remember the names, some favourites from memory though - The one where carrie meets that young chap who lives with his parents, they are eating KFC on the balcony and his parents come home and he blames the "smoking incident" on her The one where they go to Atlantic City on the bus The one where Samantha dates the really old 80 year old bloke The charlotte and the shoe fetish salesman Oh and I love the one where she goes to her friends party and someone pinches her blahniks and she makes the woman buy her some more I could go on and on....might think of some more tomorrow! And when they go to Richards Pool House and Samantha throws the watermelons through the glass. Oh and the one where Richard and Samantha dance to Sade ' By your side' next to the pool outside. I am up to season 4 now - Carrie is with swooney Aiden again & Steve has cancer. Try is still in the picture for Charlotte (much prefer harry), & Sam has had a relationship with a woman. The americans have a way of adding just enough fantasy to a situation to make it pure fun (like with Desperate Housewives too). We seldom get the reality/fantasy levels right over here. Mistresses is good, but a bit too close to reality, so I keep thinking 'she wouldn't really do that!' With SATC its sufficiently removed from reality for thoughts about realism not to emerge. Its one of my faves, put me in a good mood. How weird is this: WHen seth was a baby the only programme he woulg happily sit on my Knee and watch was SATC Ross also adores it. Lucky me We have a Apple Mac Laptop build into our walk in closset which is on the wal at the end of our bed, we have downloaded them all from disk and we watch them in bed .
