I also doubled on the amount I usually do, don't want to run out before everyone has had their fill... We have varied toppings here... Younger daughters like plain sugar... Oldest daughter likes lemon and sugar or syrup... I like belgian cassonade (powdery brown sugar), or black cherry jam (unfortunately I don't have any, as daugthers only informed me about pancake day being today... today...)
