debbie26pet Posted February 27, 2008 Share Posted February 27, 2008 and 1 settled in fab bit of mouthing at each other but today acting like she been here a while shes a leghorn. but my little wyanedotte bantam wont go down on the floor with them, little s"Ooops, word censored!"by she is , she staying on my coop roof looking over at them and if they look at her she makes a noise , none of them are bothered by her being there but why wont she mix? should i got 2 bantams, i do have a little silki and she not any bigger than the wyanedotte bantam any ideas. i think i will haev to clip there wings though as they both can jump on my coop and leghorn can jump of she can get down been down once no problems, she has food water up there at min do i remove it to make her come down? She is probably just a bit nervous and overawed by it all. As long as she is eating and drinking she should be OK. How lucky that the other one has settled in so quickly. If she were human, she'd be teacher's pet! I'm sure yours will settle in, given time. She probably just needs time to adjust to the pecking order.
