Twiglet
Martin, just out of curiosity, how did you get interested in chickens and has the healthy/ethical eating thing come from reading stuff in this forum or were you interested in that kind of thing before? Well done BTW for your efforts!
Popcorn
How is the little bean Gina? I must check on your blog. Probably best, otherwise it will seriously go off topic....and Martin will never come back for his Eglu!
Martin B
Hi Twiglet. I've often been fond of good quality food, and I often go to shows like Gardeners World and the Good Food Show. However I never really thoguth of the food I ate at home, until i came on here, and it has really changed my views on some certain food products. As for the interest in chickens well it has always been something I've wanted to do since I was about 9. I thought it would be so rewarding to collect your own eggs in the morning and also have some new companions to care for. Kind Regards Martin
Twiglet
Good to hear that Matin, I also go to the Gardeners World and good Food shows every year. It's useful being near to the NEC. I must admit, this forum has given me lots & lots of ideas of how to make even small changes to improve our world & lifestyle - good isn't it. Mel (& Paul)
Martin Are you really only a teenager? You seem so adult in your views (and certainly more mature than some of the other chaps on the forum ) I think your parents must be really proud of you
The Dogmother
I was thinking the same thing Mel.
Guest
(and certainly more mature than some of the other chaps on the forum ) That's rather a sweeping statement Mel. I know you didn't mean to include me in that, so feel free to go ahead and correct your posting.
