missuscluck
Just checked my always empty bank account and have found an unexpected payment in. I pay my gas and leccy monthly by direct debit and the utility company that we are with pay you back one months worth of D,D,s every year. YIPPEE!! Thought I might treat my self to a bag of compost Maybe even some hanging basket plants to lookafter untill its time to go out in May. (I dont grow flowers only veg) I am getting reckless now. Off to the garden centre........

Strepsy
Enjoy your trip! If you have a Strikes or Klondyke's garden centre nearby they have a voucher when you pay for a free hanging basket and liner to be redeemed in April. So your trip could pay for itself! missuscluck
Been out to the garden centre to spend some of my windfall. Bought 3 large bags of compost for a tenner. 30 hanging basket plants of all different colours and types picked by my daughter so no colour schemes for me Some feed and weed for the grass (need to keep the chooks confined to baracks though ) And some lovley little bottles with grolsh type stoppers in them for rhubarb scnapps (see all things nice thread) Just to restore the comfortable balance of having no money Oh, and a pastry brush!!!! chelsea
how lovely and what a nice shop you've had. Plus with all those plants you've spent very well as they should last you a few months.
