motherhen Posted April 12, 2006 Share Posted April 12, 2006 I suddenly feel very very old Absolutely Fabulous is a really funny (well, was, but it is still funny) series about a couple of women, Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders, who refused to grow up/grow old and did totally mad things and the only sensible person around was Saffy, JS's teenage daughter. The viewer just had time to think...that's a bit unusual for them, talking about books so seriously...then the camera homed in on the table, they were discussing the merits of Hello magazine and others.
