mostin
I'm so pleased you got a good result from your GP, I hope the scans all come back ok and the pills kick in soon and give some relief. At least if they find you are anaemic you can start being treated for that too, and it will all contribute to you feeling better. Ii just have the guts to take some action myself now and try the moon cup for myself. I'm going to have a look in boots this p.m. to see if they sell it, if not I think I'll order one off t'internet and give it a try.

The Dogmother
Good for you Helen, do you feel more positive now? When I had fibroid problems, they tried to fit me with a Mirena. I told them that a gynae had looked before and told me that with such a tiny cervix there was no way that I was having one.. they tried anyway ... I was in real pain with them trying to jab it in and told them to sling their hook! If you've had children naturally then you should be OK. Yorkshire Pudding
Definitely better - an end is in sight. I've had two sproglets naturally and both huge (see the 'biggest baby' thread in Nesting Box), so I think a little coil should be no problem! As always the support from Forum members has been great and given me a push in the right direction. You lot are wonderful, you are!
chickencam
Glad that things are moving in the right direction for you. I hope all of the scans etc give positive news. On the subject of Mirena I can't recommend them highly enough, as I have said I am 3 years into my second one and it has been a great liberation for me
Guest
Biggest downer for me was having to buy feminine hygene products on board ship because I forgot my mooncup - they charged me $12 for a box of Kotex!!!! I just bought a similar sized box in port for 4 euros!
