4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

I've ordered my cube today.

 

I'm so eggcited!! Delivery is looking like the 12th of August, The Glorious 12th. That's 6 weeks today, not that I'm counting or anything.

 

We are going to start building our chicken run the weekend after next.

I've been gathering different stuff I need, so everything is under way, I can't wait.

 

No doubt I will be picking your brains about things in the weeks to come.

It's orange, I don't really quite know why I wanted an orange one, but there you go, it's ordered now, no going back.

There are some fans of orange on here who thinks it's very !

 

I think it's a fab colour but it would clash with my lilac one, I'd like an eglu next but I think it would need to be a purple one so not to clash!

 

The long wait starts now!

Orange and lilac together would clash - but beautifully so! I had wanted green, but my son chose Orange and I am so glad he did, it really cheers me up to see it even on a rainy day!

Thankyou Lisa for the invite. I think I will probably go to Thornes at some point so I may well keep you to that, it would be good to see you again.

 

I am getting I gingernut ranger and 1 Miss Pepperpot when the cube comes.

 

I would also like a Light Sussex, a Goldline, Plymouth Rock barred or Speckledy and an Amber Lee/Amber Star, a cream coloured one anyway.

 

I rang Omlet earlier in the day to ask how long I would have to wait and when I told OH (he's in Salisbury working) he said to my surprise 'well I think you better order one then!'

 

I had a bit of a paddy the other week because he said he wanted to make a wooden house and I said if didn't have an eglu or a cube then we weren't having chickens, must have worked!!!! I'm not usually like that.

How exciting, the best thing to do now is try and forget about it, I tryed, mine is coming on 11th, thats next friday.

Also orange. I don't know why I don't normally l;ike orange am normally more of a purple and red person but the orange called to me.
