Ange1 Posted July 6, 2008 Share Posted July 6, 2008 The only type of garlic powder I could get hold of was in a largeish square tub, seems to be for horses (to keep flies away?) In it is a blue scoop the size of a coffee scoop about a tablespoon size. In a grub how much shall I use? I tried just over 1/2 full scoop. I thought the girls would like it, but they've definately not as interested! Mind you I've just mixed two bags one of growers and one of layers to try and blend the change over, are the girls that clever?!!! Thanks! New Girl Posted July 7, 2008 Share Posted July 7, 2008 I think I am overdosing mine, I put a full scoop of garlic flakes into their feed (a full grub) along with 3/4 scoop of limestone flour and a large handfull of bokashi bran.
