I'm having intermittant leaks through my eggport door, the water runs into the nest box through the bottom of the door & soaks the newspaper which I line the nest box with.

The type of rain doesn't matter- last night the rain was really heavy & the NB stayed dry

Omlet are aware of this & have sent me out a new egg port door, which leaks worse than the original, & will now send me out a new side.

 

I always shut the door securely, but maybe there is an optimun angle it should be at before i lock the handle?

Hmm not had this leak.. and sorted the back panel ones now.
