Chris C
Hi, Would a Rablu be suitable for keeping a couple of call ducks in? or would you need a eglu?
SAB
Ducks don't need the roosting bars that are in an eglu. I think I recall that omlet used to do a Ducklu - they are a helpful company and should be able to advise you on the phone (they may even adapt a product for you). Hopefully someone else who knows better about ducks (its chickens and small furries that I have in Omlet products) will give better advice. Lesley
Omlet have never produced a specific Ducklu - it was always the Eglu without roosting bars. I think you would be better with that set up than with a Rablu as there is less inside to get in the way - I think the Rablu has hay racks and feeders inside? We used an Eglu without roosting bars - we just put a thick layer of straw (not hay) on the plastic floor.
