I was hoping she would lay white eggs though.....so I guess I'll have to wait a while to find out. There was another one, identical to yesterdays in the nestbox this morning. Little soft grey feather clinging to the egg, the fact that she is the only one of the two Bluebelle Girls who crouches, has the red comb and wattles and curtseys when I approach combined with the fact that she was in the nesting box for a while this morning, and this little offering was there when she came out.
