Patridge bantam chicken poorly foot?

My amber star laid today! I thought I had collected the eggs this morning, 4 of them, went down to clean the trays as I am out all day today, checked the nesting box for poo and , hey, an egg! But it is brown! She has white ears, so was told white eggs, but she has laid a 38gm brown egg.

My Amber Star sometimes lays light beige eggs and sometimes a very light creamy colour (but not white).
