jlo
We have borrowed a friend's Wii fit and the children persuaded me to have go. I thought that I was reasonably fit but have been given an age six years more than my actual age Oh well - I will just have to have a glass of wine to get over it
Looney
Oh well, what's six years in the grand scheme of things?! Wine will definitely help (tho perhaps not at the same time as playing on the Wii !!!), have a glass for me too!
jlo
Would gladly have a glass for you but fear that I might be about twelve years older next time
Omletina Kyckling
I'm having a glass of wine with you but I bypassed the fitness route....

Just raise your glass to it and sup away! I did one of those Brain training things on the Nintendo DS and originally was about twenty years older than I really am
Guest
I LOVE our Wii Fit, however I'm not so keen on the state of my Mii, now that it's been stretched widthways to match my weight....
jlo
Looney, The fact that your mental age was originally twenty years older would seem to suggest that your age has improved in the meantime I dread to think how I would score on one of those things - especially after the wine
Looney
It did improve - eventually! But you're right, wine made it worse (but made me feel better!)

theherd123
When i was at Annies a few weeks ago i had a go on her wii fit - very gentle yoga due to being pregnant. I was killing myself laughing when it took my weight and stated i was obese (due to the pregnancy i might add) and then gave me a wii fit age 6 whole years younger than my actual age! Everyone else who had registered on her machine was given an older than actual age - v funny indeed! Pregnancy is obviously good for you - i'd recommend it to anybody, men included! Mutrix Farmers
I haven't done wii fit, but we have the wii brain academy. I had the mental fitness of a 68 year old the first time I did it! Would have been OK if I was 68, but I'm only 42!!!! (I have improved the score since as I now know what I'm supposed to be doing!)
