The Dogmother
The Domestic Fowl Trust has a truly tiny and not too inspiring eating area; I understand that the facilities and the condition of the birds has improved since we were last there. Cotswold Wildlife Park on the A40, 30 mins west from Banbury is great and they have chooks and pygmy goats in the childrens farmyard. Or there's always the good old Herb Centre near Banbury. I saw that they opening a new organic cafe in Straford upon Avon - I/Lesley could keep an eye on this and see how it develops. Will put my thinking hat on for more ideas. Mel (& Paul)
Just one thing can it NOT be at 5pm - makes it difficult to travel up and back when some of us have to get up at 5am the next day
Martin B
The dates are fine with us Martin The eating area at the Domestic Fowl Trust is fairly small - it would depend on how many were coming? Wyevale garden centres often have large dining areas? Do they have a website?
