How Quickly Does Albendazole Work?

I've just discovered that I forgot to put the breadcrumbs in my Christmas pudds this morning (they are still in the food processor!!! )

 

I can't think what this will do to the pudds? I assume they will still be edible? Will have to try one for supper tonight

It was yours/Christian's recipe I was following, but the food processor is the other side of the room to where I was doing the mixing

 

Will enlighten you after supper, when I will try one - smells yummy, wonder what the texture will be like.

 

Can't sell them though, which is what I was planning to do (am doing a Christmas fair at Southbourne Scouts in Prinsted on Sunday, if you're interested in popping over?), as an ingredient for a hamper. Oh well, maybe I'll try again tomorrow & farm some of these off on a friend who is going away to Centre Parcs for her 40th. She's bought some of my chutneys & a Christmas cake to take with her already!

I'm sure it will be ok Sha, I mis-read my own writing the other day and only added 50g of breadcrumbs instead of 150g. They turned out fine!

Well they tasted fine!

 

I had thought they might have to become the booziest bird food balls ever, but have decided they will just have to be eaten by us - as penance of course for being such a total numpty!

 

Will try again tomorrow maybe...!

I forgot to mention.....lots of extra cream for the tasting I taste tested several of mine and the small Christmas cakes I made
