I do hate clutter with a vengance, so I may relocate the food processor to the top of the fridge & let the Tassimo live in its space - its far prettier anyhow, & will be used more too.

I have phoned them up & they have refunded me the £24 difference

Just got off the phone to them, & they had the same model listed twice, one was an error (the cheaper one).

So they have thanked me for pointing it out, as well as refunding it to the much lower price

 

For anyone else,unless you are quick,the Tassimo is £59.95 now , not £50!

Quick update to tell you all how much I love & adore my Tassimo.

 

We had a couple of teething troubles with it,due to Hubby not bothering to read the instructions (why do men do that?), but now its sorted we are all enjoying it a lot.

 

I especially like the Starbucks blend coffee

I'm absolutely gutted that Argos didn't have anymore Tassimos in once they started their offer of £49.99 I'm still on the look out so if anyone sees a red one at a decent price, please let me know The cheapest I've seen is John Lewis for £78.

I am planning on chopping some leeks for a ham & leek pie

 

It looks fab - it even has a proper juice extractor for hard veggies like carrots, & a dough hook which my old one never had.

Even better still its really nice looking & takes up half the work surface space, which is just as well now I have the Tassimo as well

It does do everything.

 

 

It's makes bread dough, pastry, pasta, sausages, mincemeat, coleslaw, juices, cake mixture, scones and many other things as well.

 

It even peels potatoes ( thanks to an attachment that I bought in the John Lewis January sale last year for 99p).

I'm a little out of my class here...

 

I have a small-ish food processor which I use for a limited number of jobs (or rather, OH does) and a cupboard full of cafetieres of varying sizes and colours...

 

and I do envy you lot all your worktop space:D
