honey Posted December 2, 2008 Share Posted December 2, 2008 hi everyone I new here, i when to a pet shop to pick up to g pigs i was told, they was both boy's. On the 13th of November i found out one was a boy and one was a girl, and when i when to feed them. i found two baby g pigs, and they are now two weeks, old, i wasn't wanted to breed i just wanted them as pets. lucky i've got homes for them to go to, but what i am wondering how long is it before they can leave they mother. as the father as found out with is the female again, and i am worried that he will harm them, please got you tell me what i can do to make the babies safe, or are there safe with the mother and father. The babies must be sexed and separated where appropriate at 3 weeks old, or you will have all manner of problems (if you have boys they will mate with their mum, etc etc). Good luck!!
