ubereglu Posted December 20, 2008 Share Posted December 20, 2008 Well, after my long search for a pair of boots for me-that weren't too expensive and actually fitted I finally got a pair today, (well as a Christmas pressie anyway from Mum!). They're a lovely pair of joules leather boots from last season! They look like these ones: I wanted my sister to bid on these for me, but she forgot! However I'm glad she didn't as they were only £29 after I'd phoned to reserve them in the Street outlet branch of Joules. Am very pleased and now can't wait til Christmas Day! Enjoy, bet you can't wait to put them on and march about! ChickVic - a little tip - if you can't get boots to fit, have you tried Duo Boots? They're not cheap but I can honestly say that they have transformed my wardrobe, I hadn't been able to wear boots since my teens, due to being of a traditional build and most high-street boots being designed for sparrow-legs. They also do them for people who find ordinary boots too wide, just in case that is your problem instead! I really recommend them, the service is excellent.
