HENthusiastic
HI. I was offered some good advice recently about Matilda , who seems to have some discomfort in her legs. I was advised to up her calcium levels and give her arnica. I'm giving her limestone flour and she now has some arnica. She is taking the tablets disguised into a piece of mushrooms. I just wanted to check.... the little tablets Im giving her are 30c. I guess if thats the human dosage it might be too much for her . Or is it impossible to overdose on homeopathic stuff? She's doing a lot better by the way, thanks again everybody.

HENthusiastic
gosh. 3 a day for a small, wee little chicken? I'm amazed. I was worried she was going to overdose on 1 a day. Thanks.
sandyhas3chucks
My vet explained that for uncertain dosages of medicines for chooks, you use the cat dose then up it as they have such fast metabolisms it is used up quiicker. this make sense
