A chickychickychick-ENN!!
Having a wooden coop, I line it with a fat wad of opened-out newspaper then fill it with wood shavings to keep my bok boks snug. This morning, I came down to find that they've been communing with Paul Daniels and have done the chicken equivalent of that old 'pull the tablecloth out from under the dining set' trick, having managed to pull the newspaper out of the pophole and into the run without upsetting the woodchip which is now lining the bottom of the coop, awaiting lots of poo, making cleaning out much more fun and poopy. What next? Watch the feeders, and tell me which one the little ball is hidden under? Eggs out of top hats? The chickens turning into doves or rabbits?!
