IrishM
It tasted great! I will post a link with some photos! The second egg had a pretty good crack in the top. The girls are now kicking all of the paper out of the next box and I think it just dropped on the floor. I hard boiled this one. What do you do with slightly cracked eggs? Do you have to boil them right away or will they keep? ---Mark
IrishM
Here is a link to a few of the pictures, unfortunately the pictures of the snow covered Eglu and chickens did not make it... http://share.shutterfly.com/action/welcome?sid=0AZsmTlm2btWL0A
Egluntyne
Lovely pictures. I love your little girl's socks. I bet she has another pair just like them somewhere! With cracked eggs, if it is only the shell that has cracked and the inner membrane is intact, and it is today's egg, I scramble or poach it. If the membrane is broken I discard the egg.
