Got DH to put some fairy lights on the run. It's just outside our conservatory and looks very pretty at night

How lovely, my run is right at the bottom of the garden, it would look lovely in the summer with lights round it, shall have to think about that one! I've got hanging baskets and a passion flower growing over the top of mine, and a couple of brightly coloured mobiles hanging from it too

It's sectioned into 2 so our disabled girl doesn't get bullied. Her and the 2 bantams have one half and the other girls have the rest. DH just needs to sort out a proper divide. We started with netting but they chewed thru it! Then we tried expanding trellis but they kept jumping over it! So now there's a makeshift door made with bits of palletboard but it's a bit ungainly so when he gets chance, he's going to improve it.

 

He does the joinery bits and pieces and I try to make it look pretty

All deceased, I'm afraid . They don't live that long (unless we've been doing something wrong ).

 

We plan to get some more, perhaps in the Spring.

Thanks Poet . It was surprisingly entertaining watching Adam and his pals (although the novelty did wear off after a while and they were left to their own devices quite a lot ).
