Does anyone have any old Floyd books which may have a recipe for the most wonderful Beef & Guinness stew with oranges & green pepper?

 

I used to make this a lot back a few years ago after finding the recipe in the Daily Mail, but have lost it.

An internet search has also come up blank.

 

So I wonder if it is in one of his older books?????

Sorry Sarah, just quickly editing this posting to say that I've checked out the only Floyd book that I own "A Feast of Floyd", and I've drawn a blank.

Hopefully someone else may be a little more helpful than me.

I've got some recipe cards of his - which do include beef and ale but not with oranges etc.
