What age do hybrids stop laying?

Some hybrids you only get one good laying season then they slow down in the second, some lay well into their third year, just depends on the chook.

My one remaining hybrid (a standard 'red' hen we call Fifi) is now three and a half. She had a big moult in October last year and has not re-started laying. I'm beginning to think she will never lay another egg ever again!

My Ella is three in a month or so, she laid a few eggs last year but not very regular (you could probably count them on your hand) and she's into her 3rd year and so far 2009 and no eggs. So sounds like she's winding down. I prefer her to not be laying though - she's paid her dues

I'd be interested in this too. Got my Omlet POL girls April 07. Laid every day even in Winter 07, but this winter 08 they've dropped to 2 a day instead of 4. So I assume 2 of them are going through the "henoupause" as they are now 2+ years old?????

Same here - 2 omlet girls April 07. Laid every day even in Winter 07, but this winter 08 they've virtually stopped. I'll still love them but will be dissapointed if they don't start again a bit more regularly.
