Have fettled it. It seems to work now.

 

The fire jam is lovely....a firmish texture, sweet for a moment and then a lovely taste of chilli. Not volcanic, but very nice.

 

Am going to have to try the peanut butter chilli wotsit.

Jam with apples cinnamon and chilli - sounds like we could make this - fancy trying?

I remember those two men when they were on a TV programme! - can't remember which one now though........nice to see they've done what they said they would and set up the business.

We just bought some orange and chilli marmalade from the farmers market in Cheltenham this morning (from an Indian couple who mainly do pickles and chutneys). Haven't had time to taste it yet, but it sounds like it's not such an unusual combination as I thought!
