fluffyknickers
At the weekend OH and I put a perch made out of a piece of branch into the cube run (i have a and ) so that they might like to have a sit on it when they are around during the day. HOwever, one was on it quite early on but since then none of them have been on it. My worry is that its too high for them so wanted to ask if you could help by advising how high yours is that they actually use. Should it be low enough so they just 'hop' on it = maybe ours is too high. x
Snowy
If you put a few in at varying heights, ie one really low, next one a few inches higher etc, they will soon get the hang of it. I put some shoulder height perches in my run, don't know why as I didn't think they would use them, but they do now. They started at the lower levels, now all of them can get get up onto the really high ones - they use them to power nap during the day
