jennybrom
hiya, has anyone tried the layer's mash that comes ready mixed with bokashi from wiggly wigglers? just wondered if it's any good and what's the difference between mash and pellets - is it just that it hasn't been squashed into pellet form? Just wondered if it's any good as it's actually cheaper than buying them seperately from omlet even without their delivery charge. thanks, jen
Falkor
Little bro gave me a bag of the wigglies mash with bokashi and my chooks go mad for it They now have a grub with pellets and a grub with mash. They do seem to leave some of the mash and no matter how long I leave it in there they won`t eat it. It is all the dusty bits that they leave so I mix it into a porridge with some more mash and hot water The pellets are good as it means the chooks can`t pick and choose what they eat, they get it all and therefore a balanced diet. Then there is crumb which is mashed up pellets. (someone correct me if I am wrong) Finally mash is everything loose.
