craftyhunnypie
I'm trying to track down a very young trio or quartet of silkies around Cheshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire or Wrexham area. Not bothered about colours - they can even be a mixed colour bunch. We do like the partridge cockerels though! One cockerel & either 2 or 3 pullets. They must be unrelated, as we may want to breed from them in the future. Can anyone help point me in the right direction? I've looked in local papers, Practical Poultry forum, Preloved, birdtrader etc. Only pullets or cockerels on their own. We'd like to get them from the same place - save messing around travelling here & there. Wernlas sell them - but I can't wait!!! You have to order them usually. Thanks, Emma.x
Tweety
Emma, There is a rare breed poultry sale at Chelford market next Saturday - I don't know if they will have any silkies, but it may be worth a try.
