John Lewis are selling metal 'trees' to hang Easter novelties on. They are the same as their silver Christmas ones but they also have some green and yellow coated ones.

 

Yeah I've seen a lot of tree things out and about in the high street. There's a cardboard one you can make in Tesco too. I like the idea a lot, but from the big stores, it does look a bit like a cheeky cash in. Far better to use twigs, pussy willow or trad willow in a pot or vase, I reckon. Nowt like a bit of real tree to make spring feel like it's sprung in your home for Easter. :)

I love Easter - there's chickeney things everywhere. Lidl have a lovely looking chocolate hen sat on a chocolate nest with some chocolate eggs. I've pointed it out to my dad everytime we've been, I wonder if he'll get the hint. I might just have to buy one for the children, just in case. :D

I resisited as Alsi is the complete other side of town and oldest son had his friend over who has snapped his collarbone, so they watched DVD's and ate home made hobk"Ooops, word censored!"s and cheese baguette LOL

 

cleaned cube/walk in as well so the day was spent keeping me busy so I didn't think about them LOLOL
