4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

Hi all,

 

we bought some Rajah Garlic powder sachet 100G from asda a few days ago(sis used it while cooking),and i heard that if you give hens Garlic Powder it will help to stop the poo from smelling

 

but it did say that it:

 

May Contain Celery

May Contain Wheat

May Contain Mustard

May Contain Sulphur Dioxide/Sulphites

 

so would it be OK for them?

That would end up costing you a lot over time, I'd imagine. Not sure if there's anything actually wrong with giving kitchen garlic powder (unless there's added salt or something in it?).

I'm pretty sure there's added salt in kitchen garlic powder so definitely a no-no for the chooks...

I use an equestrian one too, there are plenty on offer at feed stores and it's far cheaper. Some of the brands do a refill pack once you've bought the original tub.
