Glad it all went well - I had one on my wrist and had it for ages until the school doctor gave it a right pummelling (I was about 10 at the time) - very painful whereas it didn't hurt originally. It completely disappeared. I think I would have preferred anaesthetic though.

Fortunately, as it was minor surgery, I was referred to the private place at Little Aston (under the NHS though), so it all went like clockwork. Clever hidden link BTW.

 

I had thought about the Bible method several times over the years, but never plucked up the courage to give it a go in case I made things worse or broke my wrist or some such.

 

It's feeling much better today, and my one-handed typing is coming on brilliantly (which is more than I can say for my one-handed showering).
