I've no idea what colours they are going to turn out - not sure whose eggs the light ones came out of. The dark stripe one is definitely from Marlene's own egg - so has some GL wyandotte in it. All their fathers are Partridge Cochin. 1st picture left to right..Dizzy, Mini me & Rascal. Please excuse the messy floor - we'd just gone in to clean them. craftyhunnypie Posted June 6, 2009 Author Share Posted June 6, 2009 Well we have just cleaned & powdered & Mummy Marlene has re - arranged the lovely tidy house to make a huge nest in the corner. Dhe's now settled down - with heads peeping from under her wings. They are growing so quickly & I can't wait to see how they turn out. Marlene seems to know that Mini me was from her own egg - just that little bit more closer they are. Plus it was the first to hatch. I've a soft spot for mini me too. I think there is some partridge markings going on there - but Mini me is a lot darker as a chick, than its daddy ever was. Its daddy did not have such a dark stripe. I love the little chick tails!
