Chili
On Sunday morning I discovered that my tickets for the Take That concert taking place on Tuesday at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry never actually existed. The very genuine looking website www.londonticketsexpress.com that I purchased the tickets from last November, is run from outside the UK. Luckily I purchased the tickets using a credit card and so I might get some of my money back ( they were very expensive tickets ) They told me via email to pick up the tickets from the venue on the night, but luckily I tried to pick them up early and was told that I had indeed been a victim of a very cleverly run fraud. Just wanted to let others know never to use this website to buy anything and it is still up and running and selling tickets for very popular bands as I type! I am really and very Chili x
clootie
Oh no - how disappointing for you. Sadly there's always someone out there ready and willing to rip us all off, what a shame. I would have been slightly suspicious however, when they told you to collect from the venue. That's okay for last minute tickets but certainly not when you booked so far in advance. Wise that you paid via credit card, fingers crossed you get something back at least.
