drcara Posted June 11, 2009 Share Posted June 11, 2009 My lovely Emily has found herself flying to the great hen heaven in the sky today. She had suffered a prolapse, which kept getting worse and worse. I tried absolutely everything to make it better for her and the kind farmer put her out of her misery. She was a quiet, but clever and skittish white sussex and I will miss her lots and lots. I hope she will find a lovely big vegetable patch growing spinach that she can munch on in chicken heaven.
