Lucky our first hatched chick( 7 weeks old) sadly died yesterday!!

 

She was absolutely fine on thursday evening , we even posted some pictures of her on here.Then found her friday evening,very lethargic,eyes closed and generally uninterested. Took her to the vet yesterday who was not hopeful for a recovery but we decided to try some baytril anyway,we felt we owed her every chance.Within two hours of the vets she appeared to have two fits and sadly died... WE only knew her a short time but she was very special to us x x

 

So we know have a very lonely white chick,but we will get her a new playmate.....or two
